
Terms and Conditions
1. Scope of Services:
24 Mobile Truck Repair ("the Company") provides mobile repair services for trucks, vans, and pickup trucks within the state of California.
Our services include but are not limited to engine repairs, transmission services, brake repairs, exhaust system repairs, fuel system diagnostics, and lift gate repairs.
2. Service Fees and Payment:
A service delivery fee of $150 will be applied to all repair appointments.
Customers are required to pay a non-refundable booking fee of $50 at the time of scheduling an appointment. This fee will be deducted from the total service charges.
Payment for services rendered is due upon completion of repairs.
We accept payment via cash, credit/debit cards, or other agreed-upon methods.
3. Cancellation and Rescheduling:
Customers must provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments to avoid forfeiting the booking fee.
In the event of a cancellation or rescheduling with less than 24 hours' notice, the booking fee will not be refunded.
4. Service Estimate:
Service estimates provided are based on the initial assessment of repair needs.
The actual service charges may vary based on additional repairs or parts required during the repair process.
Customers will be notified of any changes to the service estimate before proceeding with additional repairs.
5. Taxes and Parts:
Service estimates provided do not include taxes or the cost of replacement parts.
Taxes and the cost of parts will be added to the final service invoice.
6. Warranty and Guarantees:
The Company provides a warranty on labor for a period of [insert duration] from the completion date of the repair.
The warranty does not cover parts provided by the customer or any third party.
The Company does not provide a warranty for repairs if the vehicle has been subject to misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications.
7. Customer Responsibilities:
Customers must ensure a safe and accessible work area for our technicians to perform repairs.
Any parts provided by the customer or any third party are not covered by the Company's warranty.
8. Parts Delivery Fee:
A parts delivery fee may apply for the delivery of parts to the repair location, subject to governance and distance.
9. Governing Law:
These terms of service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of California.
10. Amendments and Updates:
The Company reserves the right to amend or update these terms of service at any time without prior notice.
